The guide
How Blind Alpha works — explained like you're new to all of this
Five minutes, zero jargon. Every crypto word gets defined the moment it appears.
Step 1 · The money
You deposit digital dollars
The app uses USDC — a "stablecoin," which is just a digital dollar. 1 USDC is always worth $1. Blockchains can't hold cash, so this is how dollars exist on-chain.
In this demo you don't need real money at all: Demo Mode gives you 25,000 simulated USDC the moment you click it. No signup, no wallet, no risk.
Step 2 · The baskets
Your money buys a bundle of stocks
A tokenized stock is a digital version of a real share — tokenized Apple tracks Apple's price. Because it lives on a blockchain, it trades 24/7, even when the stock market is closed. (This is real — Robinhood launched tokenized stocks for EU users in 2025.)
A basket is a ready-made bundle of those. Deposit $100 into baTECH and an automated vault instantly splits it: $25 Apple, $25 Microsoft, $20 Nvidia, $15 Tesla, $15 Amazon. You get back one basket token — your receipt for the whole bundle. Stocks rise, your token is worth more. You can redeem it back to USDC anytime.
Why bother? Diversification with one click, no brokerage account, and no market hours.
Step 3 · The predictions
Call the market — privately
Think Nvidia hits $175 this week? Commit that prediction. Here's the trick: the app doesn't publish your call. It publishes a hash — a scrambled fingerprint of it — with a timestamp. Nobody can read your position from it, so nobody can copy or trade against you.
When the week's up, you reveal. Anyone can re-run the math and verify the fingerprint matches — proof you called it before it happened, not after. Wins and losses build your accuracy score.
Step 4 · The vault
Your notes are encrypted before they leave your hands
The Strategy Vault stores your thinking — theses, watchlists, rules. Everything you write is encrypted on your device with a passphrase only you know, before it's saved. What gets stored is unreadable scrambled text.
One honest warning: lose the passphrase and the notes are gone forever. There is no reset — that's what "only you can read it" costs.
Step 5 · The proofs
Prove you're good — without showing your hand
Normally, proving you're a good investor means showing your account. On a public blockchain it's worse — everyone already sees everything.
Blind Alpha generates proof cards: shareable claims like "prediction accuracy above 60%" or "portfolio between $10k–$25k" that are verified against your real data — but reveal nothing else. No wallet address, no positions, no amounts. Reputation without exposure.

FAQ
The questions everyone asks
No. Blind Alpha is a technical demo — every price, balance and transaction is simulated. Demo Mode hands you 25,000 fake USDC to play with. Nothing you do here moves real funds.
